MCU 和通信芯片的趋势，会整合到一个芯片当中，形成SOC 芯片。

嗯，MCU 和 RF，比较适合 SOC ，以实现微小化；
如果添加更多的模块（蓝牙，GPS，WiFi。。。），那 SiP 更合适。
